Terms of Use
Effective October 13, 2026
These terms apply to the Melo Pro app for iPhone and iPad, made by Dream Tailors LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Melo Pro you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which also governs the app. Where these terms and the Standard EULA differ, the Standard EULA prevails to the extent required.
1. Using Melo Pro
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Melo Pro on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store’s usage rules. Don’t reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app.
2. Your content
You may only add audio and lyrics you have the right to use. Melo Pro is a private rehearsal tool: it processes your content on your device for your own practice and doesn’t publish or share it. You’re responsible for the content you add and for respecting the rights of others.
3. Free features and Melo Pro Unlimited
- Warm-ups, the tuner, the voice type test and up to 7 songs are free. The free songs are lifetime: deleting a song doesn’t give one back.
- Melo Pro Unlimited is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, that adds unlimited songs, Sets and Run the Set, and Progress. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- New subscribers may get a free trial. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your device’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- If your subscription ends, nothing is deleted: your first 7 songs keep working, and other songs, Sets and Progress lock until you subscribe again.
4. Scores and coaching
Scores, Ready scores and feedback are automated estimates to help you practice. They aren’t a professional assessment and may be wrong, especially with noisy rooms, unclear recordings or unusual arrangements.
5. No warranty
Melo Pro is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Melo Pro. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and ending
We may update Melo Pro and these terms. We’ll post changes on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the app means you accept them. You can stop using Melo Pro at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
